I had been quoted for an end of lease bond clean, he turned up and said it would be over $220 more than I had been quoted over the phone and because they rescheduled the day I had booked I had no time to get somebody else after having them booked for 2 months, the price difference from the quote was crazy,! I get maybe a slight price difference but nearly $500 for a small unit is way too much! I only had my carpets and oven done in the end. I wont go through them again for that reason.
I booked for end of lease cleaning and carpet steam clean to be done and on the day they call saying the cleaner had a car accident. Then I ask what time suits them to come clean the place he said he can come 6am the next day. He messaged me 20mins prior to say that he would not be able to do the job in the morning. DO NOT BOOK THESE PPL. You should be ashamed of yourself for lying about the car accident. Why have a cleaning business .. UNRELIABLE COMPANY WASTE OF TIME!
