If your looking for a real craftsman, Joel is your guy. Very knowledgeable, prompt and communicates well. I also appreciate how clean he left the jobsite each night. He transformed our fireplace wall and took it from blah to spectacular. If you want quality work at a fair price, call Joel.
JAAM is definitely a cut above any other contractors. Joel’s attention to structural constraints, visual aesthetics, proved him superior in craftsmanship and work ethic. JAAM provided a very detailed quote on time-line, labor, materials, price and payment schedule. There were no surprises. No delays. The job was a major inside renovation. Joel kept my house and yard from becoming a dusty debris filled mess. Definitely HIGHLY recommend.
