Jerry and Amy. Been coming to the Harbor races and supporting my wife run your races for years. I have to say I’m disappointed in what you have done to the finish line area. You put up the VIP tent, and it has separated the fans from their runners on the finish line. Not a good move. Put your tent somewhere else. Let fans and their runners have that experience back. Company won't allow you to switch from one race to another one with many months notice. Then they want to charge you an incredibly high fee for deferrals. They now switched to another registration company that doesn't even have a deferral option.
I left a negative review on Saturday due to the cost of110 dollars for a 10 mile race, I have paid less for marathons in major European cities in the last 2 years. What is the point of asking for t-shirt size on the application? Turned up at the xpo to collect race pack, three hours before the end. No small, medium or large male t-shirts left.
