Jay was great! I clogged my garbage disposal today (Saturday) and called Jay and he was able to come by at about 6:30pm the same evening and snake the line as well as clean out the pipe. He was very knowledgeable and I was so grateful he was able to take care of my clog the same day! I highly recommend Jay of J&A Plumbing Service
Jay was great! We have now used J&A twice and are so happy to have found them. Both visits were for leak emergencies and he went out of his way to get there quickly and get the job done right. Highly recommend him for any and all plumbing needs.
Gave me me a price over the phone and then when the contract came over it was more than double! Not using this guy! Watch out!
He knows what he’s doing, as he used to work for a professional company. However, we discovered that the pipes were never properly connected from our tub, causing water to leak all over the place. This was especially concerning given his statement that all existing pipes were in good working condition.
Jay was fantastic in my panicked time of need. Definitely will be a repeat customer and referring to all my friends and family!
