James came and refurbished two very tired bathrooms. He did a great job of balancing the finished result against our budget perfectly and we are delighted with the result. Always punctual, reliable and friendly, I would recommend James highly.
I’m very happy with the service provided by James. He was flexible with my schedule and arrived right on time. A friendly and professional plumber, he completed the work efficiently and made sure everything was clean before leaving. I’ll definitely be using James again.

I can’t recommend James highly enough. We’ve had a new shower fitted, and tiling done on the wall. It all looks great. Communication throughout has been open and honest, price was reasonable (not cheap - I would have been suspicious if that was the case) and he’s a very friendly, hardworking guy. Thanks James!
Great job (as usual), always informative throughout, fixed issue with toilet and put in new parts within an hour and cleared up any mess left from the job. This is the third time using James for different bathroom-related works and work is always consistent.
