Theresa and her staff offer a personal touch to the grooming experience. Our mini schnauzers always look great and are very well cared for when they are at the “day spa!” Very happy with Ja-Pens!
JA-Pen's has been our go to groomer for many years now and we absolutely love them. Our older Shih Tzu is now 18 years old and blind so we of course need to trust anyone that cares for this special girl. Our baby shih tzu is almost 3 and has been going to JA-Pens since she became part of our family. We appreciate the love and care given. Thank you very much!!! Awful. Absolutely the worst grooming i have ever seen. My newfoundland looks horrific. She is a horrible groomer and person. I brought him in because he was matting due to humidity and undercoat. There was no need to take it down to the skin. Or to shave his legs and back. Wtf. He had no mats there. His chest was already shaved short and did not need to be to the skin. This is my 2nd time using Ja-Pens and both times have been wonderful! I will always take my goldendoodle here for now on. Thanks guys! PS - I asked for my doodle to be shaved down like this :)
