This is the best nail spa I have ever been to. I have been a customer since they opened and they do such a great job on my nails and are always so professional when I am there. My daughters live out of state and have access to nail spas where they live but swear that J &A is the best salon they have ever been to and insist on going there when they are home. Came 19 minutes late, constantly got up in the middle of completing service, gave me cuticle treatment even though I denied service, did not shape nails but still charged a “long nail” fee. I received a fill in, did not smooth out the acrylic just lumpy on each nail. Very disappointed. Oh and someone in the back was sleep snoring obnoxiously loud!

Truly an amazing experience! I brought my 9yr old daughter with me and we both got pedicures and manicures. My nail design alone was 10/10 highly recommend. So patient and kind! My new favorite place to go :) shout out to Jenny! Nails literally on fire and so perfect.

This was the worse experience with a nail salon I’ve ever had! First red flag was she took my anklets off when doing my feet and broke one. I’ve never had anyone take my anklet off do it was weird to me. Then my nails were a disaster!! 3 people worked on my nails and I walked out with short ugly nails which he only gave me 10% off. I don’t even think the discount was for the nails it was the fact the nail tech yelled at me for being upset because I the customer didn’t get what she asked for.
