Had a few issues with my car due negligence from one of the mechanics that no longer works at JA McDonald. Both Cam and John took a bit of anger from my side (apologies guys) but the way they handled and corrected the situation was absolutely outstanding. The car ended up going back twice in 3 weeks and is back to normal and after having my service today after the incident a week ago, i am more than pleased to still recommend them! Appreciate your hard work and ensuring customer satisfaction :)

Had an issue on the way to our family holiday and went to McDonald Auto repairs. Jimmy stooped what he was doing and helped us out of a real jam that threatened to ruin our holiday. He was unbelievable and would not let us leave until he made sure everything was ok.
