Scheduled delivery and install, confirmed multiple times, and they never showed up. On Thursday they said 20–45 minutes away—still no show, and even deleted the message. Then blamed me for the “wrong address,” even though I provided the correct one. Poor communication and zero accountability. Would not recommend.
Amazing price, so fast, and they do an awesome job! Their price makes it pointless to try to do it yourself. I’ve used them for several years now. They also pull weeds for a small fee, which other contractors won’t do for some reason. Very highly recommend these guys.
I have had many places install my Pinestraw over the years but no one has compared to J&A. The Pinestraw is top quality. The communications are great as to when they would be here. The workmanship is perfect and yes I am fussy. It looks fantastic!!
