I hired JA Edwards of America to replace my roof after Hurricane Milton. During the enrollment process, I was told they would handle all communication with my insurance company and remain involved through the entire claims process. After they received payment and imposed a lien on my property, their involvement effectively stopped. I had to repeatedly request documentation needed for my insurance reimbursement. My father had a new roof installed in 2020. He passed away in 2022 and the house has been empty the past two years. His home is a split level. In the last three days there was a heavy rain and I noticed water coming in around the fire place and each place there was a joint in the roof. I called the company and left two messages without a return call. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED JA EDWARDS FOR REPLACING A ROOF. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP RATED. JOE BERLINGERI TOOD GOOD CARE OF MY PROJECT AND IT WAS COMPLETED WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Never sign a contract with this company! They are crooks and liars! They use deceptive and unfair sales practices! Hurricane Ian hit our house in Cape Coral on September 23, 2022. Besides other significant damages, it destroyed our roof. We chose JA Edwards of America, Inc. because they promised the shortest repair time – 2 months. We were afraid of additional damage that rain could cause. We asked them for an estimate, but they refused to give one.
