We need an area of 4.5' X 7'5" of ceramic tile replaced. Joshua *****came by to create an estimate and we went over what we wanted. We also had several other 18" tiles that needed replacing/repair to be included in his quote. He called and submitted an estimate for both materials and labor, $2250. The contract specified the new tile would be brought to the existing level of the existing floor. I paid $1150 for materials with the balance due on completion.
