We have used J&A Carpet Cleaning two times. The first time was an extensive whole house carpet cleaning following the holidays. The carpet looked new again, and the house felt fresh and clean. We called them several months later for an additional bedroom cleaning, and an area rug. Jose and Anna were professional and efficient. The rugs looked beautiful. We just purchased a house and found the berber carpet in the basement was not cleaned at all and had stains on it. We were considering replacing the carpet, which would have been big $$$. J&A did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. Took the extra time to make sure that a deep stain in one of the bedrooms was removed before taking payment. Having four children, I never thought the carpets would look as good as they do after the cleaning. Practically looks brand new! The owner was on time, worked within the time frame provided, and received payment only after he personally walked through the home with me. Would gladly use again and highly recommend.
