This place was great! My son got a sub put into his car. Julio was great to talk to, very knowledgable, and his shop is clean. He was upfront with everything and quoted us a price, which was very reasonable with install. He was able to get us scheduled within 2-days of our initial visit. The install was clean and he explained how to control the device. He does more than just audio, and I would highly recommend him. If I decide to upgrade other stuff in my other car, I will go to him first.
Was originally scheduled to show up on Saturday for my amp and audio control reinstallation due to previous shop having cheap wires and tacky installation on the backseat but ended up having to come a day early. When I got there, he was busy and thought to myself, no way he was going to be able to finish it on time before closing. Amazing customer service. If you want a person who cares and doesn't want to waste your time come see Julio at J.A audio. I made the mistake of going to Car toys where they sell you up and don't care about your time and money but went to this guy where he was professional and installed what I wanted quick and saved me alot of money. Thanks again highly recommend.
Went here to replace my radio, he did an amazing job, went as far as to double check some other issues I had with my car!! 10/10 customer service and will definitely recommend to others and come back myself for any other audio needs!!
