The worst place to go in gastonia. Unprofessional, noncostumer custumer services, what they fix for you have to be refix again in less the 1week
I won’t be returning to this shop. The lack of patience, humility, and basic customer service was truly disappointing. As someone new to the area, I chose this place because my dad had been here a few times and had decent experiences, but mine was far from that. If you’re in this line of work, you should treat every customer with care and professionalism, especially when they’re trusting you with their vehicle and their money. I do not recommend this place.
Teach your tow truck driver how to drive
I was in need of a tire patch for one of my tires and turns out they don’t have none or do them, so I had to drive to another place with my tire flat but I think they should have that service, because we don’t always have to buy tires at a shop.
