This is my 3rd time here and the owner and service techs are wonderful, polite, and informative. Today, I had an oil change and two front tires replaced all under 30 minutes and at a great rate! On a prior visit, they were able to fix the A/C on my vehicle that many shops around Gastonia were unable to diagnose and fix correctly. I highly recommend and will continue taking my 2013 vehicle in for service to J&A auto!!
Don't speak much English and very rude when we came there. Asked about a tire and if they could look at something he said no can't plug that without even looking at it and walked away. Very Disrespectful. And also the tires are trash not worth the price.
Being new to the area and looking for a shop that could fix my car. Don't come to this shop, the owner was very rude and very unprofessional and didn't service my needs.
If you're planning to have your vehicle serviced here, please I visited this repair shop for service and got a complete run around with the owner. I purchased a engine and talked to the owner Joey regarding swapping the engine I purchased into my vehicle. The owner explained that he could do the job and would pick up my vehicle from my residence. That never happened.
