Very happy with the service and reasonable costs. Took a 2006 Ford F-150 with manual transmission problems. They took time to diagnose the problem correctly and minimized labor costs. Also, they gave great feedback advising against a tune up that I asked for that wasn’t needed and instead identified a major suspension issue that needed attention and fixed that instead. I felt very satisfied with their work and communication. Truck is running great. I highly recommend this business.
So I went a few months back through family auto to get my axels and seals fixed they did not tighten one of them properly and now I’m leaking transmission fluid service was great I just would not take my car back there
Great customer service good communication and all around welcoming shop got to the issue quick and fast definitely will be going back to these guys and the lady who helped me with paying was very nice and beautiful
If you are EVER having any issues with your car! PLEASE to them! They are awesome! Very honest, they make sure they know exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and they charge very fair and reasonable pricing! You feel like you finally have someone that truly cares and not just trying to tell you anything to rip you off! They had my car fixed in a day and it wouldn’t start and I didn’t know what was wrong with it! I will never go to anyone else! They are the BEST!!!!
