I recently had the pleasure of working with JA Adams to replace my water heater in a very old house. I worked with the owner, Celeste and her Service Manager to select a top American made brand (HTP) with a stainless steel tank and lifetime warranty. Yes, I paid a little more but I wish you could see the "before" photo and the substandard work by another plumber. These people tried to run me off of the road. Not sure about there customer service but the driving is quite dangerous
