Very disappointing experience with J8 Plumbing. I felt the pricing was significantly higher than expected, and the work performed was unprofessional and did not meet the standard I expected. Communication was also a major concern. J Toor was extremely rude and unprofessional in dealing with my concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve both their workmanship and customer service.
J8 plumbing does NOT guarantee their one year warranty on workmanship as stated on their invoices! They have now lost a long term customer and a big account. I am a property manager for a rental building and I have been working with J8 plumbing this year to have all new hot water tanks installed in the rental suites. So far we have done 9 at $2k each thats a total of $18k, the building has 20 more to install that's another $40k! Kamal and Joban did an excellent job at our workplace. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was handled quickly and left clean afterward. Highly recommend their service for anyone needing reliable and friendly plumbers!
J8 Plumbing are exceptional to work with! Honest, efficient & in general good-vibe type of people. I found JJ through our strata property manager. IF YOU HAVE a 30-year old dead dishwasher and just bought a new one, would you be happy to spend ***CAD 413.56 + tax = tot. CAD 434.24*** just to disconnect and remove the old and install the new one? If YES, then by all means go ahead and hire J8 right away to do that job for you!
