Made the decision to utilize the company after I was sent an example form of what he used on his inspections. Informed him I was out of state and needed a good/accurate inspection since I was unable to be be there. The first report I received wasn’t at all like the form he advertised! So I had to keep emailing/calling to get further information. I felt if he did the inspection he advertised I would of made different decision.
