I am going to be very honest! This shop is very capable of repairing any equipment. Kelly in service is the jewel of that department. Steve is king in sales. But Joey is the service manager and I truly do not care for, had issues on my equipment which was taking extremely to long for a warranty job.. But, The Owner stepped in and handled it next day. He is a honest and fair man that I appreciate his help in the matter. So, I will say this in closing! J5 tractors is the best group of people to do business with.. Except Joey..

Sales experience was great, after service experience left a lot to be desired. Let me explain: New maverick hd 9.4hrs. Bolt fell out of pto clutch, no timeline on when could get picked up and repaired unless I delivered it back to them. Didn't feel it was my problem at 9.4hrs of operation. Bad boy Corp. agreeded they should come get it. Long story short the tractor my wife was going to buy from them will not happen.
