Update to my Update,, Originally took my Mower in July 4th weekend, Twice they called for me to pick it up, The first time it would not start to even load, The second Time it stalled in short grass , after almost a complete rebuild and $600.00 later today is August 12th, still in the shop, Spoke to the owner he seemed to listen to my problem, we will see what happens. One star only because I couldn't put zero stars. Have had my mower for 2 weeks. Sat in the yard for a week before it was even looked at after the service advisor said they were only about 3 days out. Don't follow up on ordered parts, don't return calls after telling me they would call me 'right' back. DO BETTER J5 in Buna. Follow up...starting week 3 still no call back. They've left out the 'Serve' in service. Recieved call my mower is ready. Picked it up, mowed with it...repairs made were excellent. Mower actually operates ... read more
Very unsatisfied, will not go back.
Extremely dissatisfied with this company. They had my tractor for months on an engine rebuild, which was not a big deal, but what was a big deal is their lack of customer service and professionalism. Whenever I would call to ask for an update the service man was very rude on the phone. They also did not reinstall my 4 wheel drive shaft once the rebuild was done
Great staff- helpful in getting tractor parts.
