I booked with this venue with the owner Monica Gonzales on March 17th 2024 for an event in May. Days before my scheduled booking I reached out to Monica several times via text, phone calls, and emails with NO response. The day of my event she continued to not respond and I had to cancel my GRADUATION CELEBRATION LAST MINUTE. After I paid her, printed invitations, and hired a party planner to set up for THIS VENUE!. At this point I’d leave 0 stars but that isn’t an option. I am so embarrassed to have referred to the space. I didn’t think much of a deal when I had a party mid summer and the air didn’t work. My party was sweltering hot. However that now seems minor to the issue a friend I referred is having with the owners. To have a deposit not returned due to a table we DID NOT even use is ridiculous.
