the bald maintanance man (jim from what all the reviews on here say) wears so much cologne he leaves a cloud after he's been in your apartment. you'll spend a fortune on utility costs as these cost a lot to heat in the winter and keep cool in the summers; no notices from the office on when people are working on your house, walking on your roof, or have ladders set up on your place or in front of your garage. communication is poor, i.e. papers stuck to your door, etc.) the rent is way too high for the condition of these 'luxu... read more
soon to be SECTION 8 housing; mice infestation with no solution. minimal effort from office and maintenance but believe you will be charged for everything; the negative reviews on this property are true. take pictures of everything when you move in; take pictures when you move out they will take everything they can in terms of money; also the 5 star reviews on here seem to all be written by the administrative staff...that's really sad they even did that.
the five star reviews on this company are clearly all written by the ladies in the office; comical actually how blatantly fake those reviews are. and that should be alarming to anyone looking for a place to live in Lenexa that the office ladies are writing fake reviews to offset how low their ratings are. these properties will be section 8 at some point; ask them about their mice infestations; if you have any health concerns the amount of mice here should absolutely be a significant concern of yours and the office should be ... read more
I’ve never made a review while still living in a home but I will today on June 2nd 2026. These places are really nice, don’t believe the negative reviews. What I like most is that Jim the maintenance guy, takes pride in his work and is always on top of things. I mean this guy stays on top of stuff within 24hrs. Maintenance is great, the neighborhood is great! I love these duplexes a lot!! Thanks for taking care of your property.
Although my husband and I are newer to the area, we think 5 stars is not high enough for how we feel about our home with Mullin Rentals. We had zero knowledge about good neighborhoods and were stickershocked with prices in the cities here. We toured several houses Mullin had and felt very comfortable in each house/neighborhood we toured. The price couldn’t be beat, and the Tammy and Denise were amazing to work with.
