I’ve never made a review while still living in a home but I will today on June 2nd 2026. These places are really nice, don’t believe the negative reviews. What I like most is that Jim the maintenance guy, takes pride in his work and is always on top of things. I mean this guy stays on top of stuff within 24hrs. Maintenance is great, the neighborhood is great! I love these duplexes a lot!! Thanks for taking care of your property.
Although my husband and I are newer to the area, we think 5 stars is not high enough for how we feel about our home with Mullin Rentals. We had zero knowledge about good neighborhoods and were stickershocked with prices in the cities here. We toured several houses Mullin had and felt very comfortable in each house/neighborhood we toured. The price couldn’t be beat, and the Tammy and Denise were amazing to work with.
