The office and maintenance staff are simply the best! They are very friendly, accommodating and very prompt when responding to requests. The location of our duplex is excellent and we have friendly neighbors too.

Recently moved into a Summerhill home and the entire process was very smooth. The office staff were friendly and helpful throughout the application and move-in.
Good place
We have loved living here and growing our family here, it’s a great place for a small family. The office ladies are so friendly, and Jim, the maintenance man is excellent and always kind and does a good job resolving any issues we had come up. We love this area too!
