J3 Company is unprofessional and unwilling to take accountability for the damage caused to my vehicle. It is irresponsible for a crew to leave an elevated water valve protruding so far above ground without any barriers or warning to prevent vehicles from driving near or over it. This situation could have easily been avoided. I sincerely hope no one else experiences this negligence.
