Julie helped me so much! After two long car trips, my low back was in knots. I called Julie for her accu-massage specialty. Before getting started, she asked lots of questions about my pain and mobility, and she explained how these muscles are all connected. She did a slow, very targeted massage to assess what was going on, and she placed a few needles. This was my first acupuncture experience, and I felt giddy on my walk home - pain-free and happy!
