Customer service is absolutely trash
IF YOU DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT DONT BOTHER TO COME IN , I SAT AT THIS PLACE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR AND AT THE END ONE GUY TOLD HE WAS NO TAKING ANY MORE CUSTOMER SINCE I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT,, REALLY,, WHY DIDN'T YOU CLOSE THE DOOR IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING MORE CUSTOMERS, VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND NO RESPECT FOR MY TIME , I WILL TALK ABOUT THIS TO EVERYONE I KNOW . Absolute WORST experience i have ever had in a barber shop. I asked for two lines to meet up already existing lines for a straight mohawk. One of, if not the easiest haircut to do. A MOHAWK. No fade. No drop fade in the back. 00 on the sides to the hair in the middle. He started to cut, and by the 3rd swipe with the clippers, I could feel he cut into the back where the partial mohawk already existed.
