A friend recommended this salon so I went in trusting her opinion. My hair was quite long (down to the middle of my back) and it was time for a change. I picked out a shoulder length bob. Nothing too complicated. I came out with a barely chin length layered mess. I don't normally write reviews, let alone negative ones. I just couldn't be more upset about my hair. I went so far as to buy a wig to cover it up.
