Great service. He came out twice and answered all our questions. Completed the work on time and to our satisfaction.
I recently had a Payne Heat Pump system installed, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The installer was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring the system was set up perfectly. I've been looking for a good quality, knowledgable and experienced GeoThermal HVAC service technician since 2009. I'm very happy to say that I've finally found them with Mr. Jeff Zanes and company. He even went the extra mile with various phone calls and emails to get a very expensive part covered under warranty. Even though it was not a brand/manufacturer he typically deals with. I will have them out again soon to help me with a new Gas Furnace and AC unit install. Thank you very much Jeff and Mike!
