I tried to wash my Aritzia Super Puff jacket at home, following the website’s care instructions, which said DO NOT DRY CLEAN. Unfortunately, the jacket didn’t fully dry, and the goose feathers inside developed mold, creating an unbearable smell that made it unwearable. Desperate for a solution, I brought it here, and the owner was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.
