We have had an extremely negative experience using J & X Handyman/KV Home Services - The contractor that originally came out to look at our porch discussed the project in detail with my husband (we wanted to screen in our back porch) and assured us the project would only take several days to complete and that they were capable of completing it the way they had discussed. This was through Crown Service Group. All I needed was an interior door replaced. They delayed the job 3 times, and then never showed up on Friday. I was contacted on Friday afternoon at 4pm they were would be here after they finished their current job. I called the office and left a message because of course nobody could be bothered to answer the call. I told Dimitri this wasn't his fault. This was an office problem.
