From the initial booking call with Kate to the service appointment with Evan, we are absolutely thrilled with the customer service! The whole team is friendly, professional, and truly goes the extra mile. Evan not only serviced our gas fireplace but also took the time to answer our general renovation questions. Prior booking, Kate provided me with information to a Fortis rebate—something no other company even mentioned. Highly recommend this amazing team!
Every time I go into look for something I always seem to get the same helpful lady. Unfortunately today they didn’t have what I needed but she went out of her way and gave me a few suggestions. Thank you again for the help as it was very much appreciated.
