I recently experienced severe back pain and decided to reach out to them for help. Unfortunately, my interaction did not go as I had hoped. The staff I spoke with were unprofessional and dismissive, which added to my frustration during an already difficult time. I had this absolutely horrendous back pain that just wouldn't go away, no matter what I tried. So, in a moment of desperation, I decided to give J Woods Physiotherapy a shot. I must say, I was pleasantly disappointed with my experience there. The staff was incredibly rude, and to make matters worse, the masseuse's name wasn't even Sue! I mean, who does that? I have found the work that Joanne does gets to root of the problem like nothing else has done for me. Truly miraculous!!
