Through a contingency J Wilson was supposed to come do some small outdoor repairs. We had a check printed and ready by said contingency. When we called on a Monday he said he would be there by the end week. End of the week rolls around and he never showed up. Called on Saturday, left a voice message, and left a FB message. Three days later the realtor even reached out and talked to him on the phone after he ghosted us.
