Polite and very helpful.
I think very highly of these guys. They repainted my hood once for a fair price. There have also been several times where I've come to them seeking a quote for some minor damage and they just fixed it quick right there in the parking lot and didn't want anything for it. It's nice to know they aren't seeking to take advantage of people and like to be helpful and do a good job. I definitely recommend looking into J. Willis when you're looking around for repair help.
I had a broken trunk lock on a 2007 Lincoln town car. They helped me to find the part which was in limited supply, and once it arrived, they repaired it within a few minutes. Very professional, and very much appreciated.
Many thanks to Lance and his crew for taking the time to help me out and fix something when they didn't have to. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend them.
