Took a ring in to be re-sized on Tuesday morning and it was ready by Thursday afternoon. A perfect fit, all cleaned and shiny. Great friendly service, very happy to recommend.

The team at J Williams where amazing with making making a custom engagement ring based on a provided photo as a starting reference and tailoring it to suit my requirements. Great communication every step of the way with agreeing to the arrangement and choosing a sourced gemstone. Would highly recommend JW if you are after a unique one of a kind engagement ring over a generic off the shelf design.

My finacé and I went to J Williams to design our wedding rings. The service was excellent with an option to pay our rings off over time and we are very happy with the end result. They were able to design my wedding ring with a cut-in to fit my engagement ring, ensuring they won't damage each other. As a manufacturing jeweller they offer a much wider range of styles and jewels than the high street chains. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting something special.
