Jennifer is a rock star! Her sense of urgency and customer service is next level.
Absolutely will not use anyone else. Lauren (my go to policy agent) goes above and beyond no matter what. I have had issues in other departments over the years but with one call to her, my frustration, stress and problems vanish.
