I was retested for my allergies in the Shelbyville Rd office on 1/14/26. I had been receiving allergy injections for many years, which had been very helpful. Following the testing, I met with Dr Sublett and he explained that I no longer needed allergy shots! I’m scheduled for an annual checkup next year! Always have a good experience with Dr. Sublett. He is very kind and understanding. He is truely interested in you and your health, not just a the allergy side.
My experience is always good with Dr Sublett. I’ve been multiple times in past for allergy testing. One of the main reasons I go is because Dr Sublett listens completely and explains things which so few drs do anymore! He gave me great advice and showed he had my best interests at the forefront. He wasn’t pushing allergy shots ever but in my case strongly suggested I see a gastroenterologist due to chronic coughing and mucus. Family Allergy and Asthma is a very well run business. There is no wait time and I was called at my appointed time. As part of diagnosing my issue, I was engaged by three different medical professionals: APRN (intake) RN (administered tests) MD (diagnosed). Dr. J. Wesley Sublett has the best chair side manner! It was as if he had all the time in the world and he answered all my questions. My only regret was I did not have any allergies.
