Called them about a stuck miter saw, they said to come by any time this week, so I hopped in my car and got there 45 min before they closed. They asked if I could drop it off, but I wasn't nearby so they worked on it. It took them 10 minutes if even to clean it up so the miter would slide around. Charged a very fair price. If I have tool problems again, they will be my first call.

All I can say is don't go here if you want somebody to speak with you in a friendly tone and help you find the correct parts. I drove 45 minutes for very few words, a bad mood from all three associates. I can only hope one of those three people behind the counter wasn't the manager! But the warehouse guy was friendly. But they didn't even get us the right parts, and I had the part in hand that I needed. 🤦🤦🤦 now, i've got to go back and hope I don't see the same people, and that's just to return the wrong parts they provid... read more
