James is an amazing plumber and fantastic person. He has helped me twice. The first time, there was a mouldy smell in the bathroom of our near new house. Another plumber couldn’t work out what the problem was but he did. It ended up just being build up in the shower drain which James cleaned and the smell went away. This second time, the toilet was blocked. I called him in the afternoon and he offered to attend that evening. I wasn’t available so he was going to come 0730 the next morning.
