I wanted to give 5 stars, but I really tried to be patient. I went to the salon to get high and lowlights, it was my first time. The experience itself was so great! Unfortunately, when I got home into my bathroom (really great lighting) I saw that my roots were really brassy and didn’t seem to get the toner the way the rest of my hair did. Best haircut I've had in over 4 years. I came in and Jessa immediately attended me. They were booked as this place is normally very busy from what I gathered. I happened to walk in on an off chance to ask if maybe they might've had a spot available. They did not at the time but Jessa quickly offered me an opening for the following day and I took it.
