I brought my bumper here to be sandblasted and was initially told it would be a few days...a few days turned into 3 weeks. I called to get an update after 2 weeks because I hadn't heard from them and was told it would be done mid week the following week (week 3) I called today (Friday) because again I hadn't heard from them to be told that it hadn't been touched yet! Poor customer service and communication.
