2 stars because they are courteous. However, i will not use them again. I had a problem they didn't work very hard to fix and they said it would still cost me a $69 call out fee. I said fine. Then, the next day i get an email invoice for $89. Plus, I called them because I got a postcard advert in the mail with 15% off next service if u mention the postcard.
