Really impressed! Got a call back the same day to find out more about the issue, and had a plumber out and my (small but bigger than expected) issue resolved all in one day. Fair price and everyone I encountered was really helpful.

Absolute disgrace of place, have used before, with good service, but tried calling today to book a repair, and rep hung phone up on me because I was't fast talking enough, ie I wasn't sure whether he wanted me to say the nature of the problem or to give him my address, which I politely asked him, so he hung on me.
