The quality of management is terrible. It feels as though healthcare has become overly commercialized, and Dr. Zong is quite dismissive and condescending.

I have high regards to my family doctor Dr. B.Gill. He's patience and really care about you. And he make sure to be on time but sometimes there's some instances that some patients take to much of his time. It's different story about their Front Desk. They're 4 of them and it seems like they're so disorganized. They're so rude and they need to be compassionate at leas.
