You don’t need to hire any front desk. They never answer the call or help you check in. They just leave a code to scan for check in. So why hire front desk just sit there doing nothing?
Extremely hard to call in and I have to be in pain for two weeks to have my appointment. I waited for almost an hour (passed my appointment time) in their office before I could see Dr. Zhai for a 10 minutes short appointment, before I could ask her another question in my appointment she said time's up and told me to book another appointment without giving me a proper solution to solve my issue!!! I am very disappointed, she used to be much more understandable.
I've had a doctor here for years and love it.
Very rude and unprofessional clinic. During my family's 4+ years enrolled as patients here, the doctor had never (zero) touched us or used stethoscope to assess us. The doctor's diagnosis was very casual which leads to serious delay of cure process. They also kick one of my family member out of the patient list (without any warning or notification) just because she hasn't visit her family doctor in 3 years.
