I highly recommend this clinic. The people here are exceptionally nice and create a very comfortable environment.
The booking system makes it complicated. Now the check in system added to that which is not helping especially for older people. Before you have to say your there but now you have to scan to say your there eventhough the receptionist is just there. The receptionist is not friendly and snob. Not helpful at all! She is rude when we are asking question with regards to checking in. She is not supposed to be on customer service if she is not nice at all. Very rude receptionist ( the one near the door ) not helpful at all.
Update as of September 4, 2025: looks like based on recent reports - you are falling a part. Feel like you are going the name of the clinic soon to erase all the bad reviews which you can’t delete. Same rating. Today lady was calling me - not prepared, she didn’t know whom she was calling, when I asked her what is the appointment for - blood work follow up or anything else, she said I am giving her attitude. I’ve had a really good experience with this clinic overall. It’s in a super convenient location, right near the SkyTrain, and the place is clean and well-organized. My family doctor is always professional and responsible. The clinic is quite busy, and the phone line is often tied up, but the front desk staff are always friendly and patient.
