I recently hired J. Vaughan Roofing (Orion Roofing & Sheet metal) to tear off and re-roof an apartment complex that I own. We previously went with another local company that claimed to have experience working on flat roofs and commercial buildings but obviously they didn't. The roof failed and we had to redo the whole thing.
