This is by far the worst mechanic shop in all of San Antonio! My 89 year old dad drop off a truck for transmission and breaks. Took 3 months to get truck back. Breaks not fixed but charged for! 2 weeks later converters broke and he took it back only to have truck stuck there for a year! My Dad paid more than was asked and was promised a refund that never came! This guy is a liar,a cheater, thief and will simply take your money and do crap work! Avoid this place at all costs!
Do not trust J V Transmission on Moursund Blvd. I brought my truck in for a complete transmission overhaul. Juan Vega told me the job would take one week, but they kept my vehicle for almost two weeks and charged me $3,000 for work that was never done. He gave me a detailed invoice full of lies, claiming that parts were replaced and services were completed--none of which actually happened.
