My husband and I came in to inquiry regarding some tires for his truck… never have we met someone so rude. The man at front desk seemed so bothered and had no interest to help us out. Avoided eye contact and felt forced to respond to our questions. Quickly gave us the impression he wasn’t interested in doing business with us. AVOID if you have any respect for yourself. J & V you’re not the only tire shop in the area.
The cost to fix a flat tire a year ago was $20, but they charged me $40. They also charged me $40 for a tire rotation, but they didn't even balance the front wheels. When I asked them to balance the wheels, they asked me to charge $20 per tire. I thought that wheel balancing was usually included in tire rotation, but this company rotated the tires without even telling me that wheel balancing was not included. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
Tuve una emergencia con una de las llantas de mi carro y no tenía un lugar para ir a arreglarla, así que busque en Google un lugar cerca de mi y me dirijo a éste lugar, la atención fue muy eficiente, servicio rápido, en menos de unos 15 minutos el neumático de mi carro estaba listo, gracias por buen servicio.
DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE The owner is disrespectful he does not care about his clients and he wants to steal money from them The workers are cussing the clients in Spanish thinking they don’t speak another language They slash two of my tires so they could sell me new tires Do not recommend this place DO NOT COME!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS “BUSINESS”
