You get paid under the table and the guy who pays you is Doug Palmer he makes up what you get paid every week. Pretty much what he can afford to pay you if he even does pay you. He puts his personal needs before his employees and the company. Started off as a good place to work but it fell off quick. None of the guys doing the work are licensed and when you go to the owner about it he just tells you to talk to Doug. If he owes you any money good luck getting it.
