This is a collection agency - keeps threatening to come after my company for a garnishment for an employee. This is despite explaining multiple times that they are in line for the garnishment. They do no homework and then constantly pester and threaten to take legal action. Only one garnishment can be in effect at a time. You would think these people would know that!
A low down crook
This law office keeps coming after us for collection for an employee who hasn't worked for us for over 18 months. They keep threatening us with legal action. Pro tip for Barney: do some work and try to get it right.
Very honest and respectable person. Love getting the chance to work with him.
He works for Knight Adjustment it’s a collection agency, he always had a private practice, he lied in court and made an attempt to slander me and insinuate I forged a paid letter so he Could move forward with a bogus judgement and garnishment that in the long run had been dismissed watch out he cares nothing for hard working honest people.
