They deserve a zero but not available. A bunch of clowns. Don’t return phone calls and can’t engineer themselves out of a paper bag. I have several instances where they violated laws and codes just one one project. Their defense, is that they have more legal law fare money than the everyday man. In every instance, I found them to be as crooked as a common criminal in shirking their mistakes. Misrepresentations galore on the project.
