I'm not a fan of making negative reviews, but I gotta be honest here. Very disappointed. I've had a couple lawyers over the past 10 years and this was by far my worst experience. I don't feel like I got what I paid for at all. Tyler is never around, which understandably bc he does appear to be busy. But don't get your hopes up on talking to him directly without an added fee and waiting forever. His main front desk lady, Natasha, is so rude and everything you need to discuss ends up going through her or the other front desk f... read more
