In the process of working on our neighbors yard ie. we aren’t even the customers - They cut our cable leaving us without wifi for days, badly damaged our yard and scratched multiple cars in the driveway. Left without saying a word. Awful people and awful company

We lost AT&T fiber internet service during a holiday weekend. Legacy from J Tucker Construction called first thing in the morning to explain the process and set expectations. It was such a relief after being out of service for a few days and not knowing how long the process would take. The crew came out and had to set a new line and bury it. Within a couple of hours, our service was back up and running!
