We lost AT&T fiber internet service during a holiday weekend. Legacy from J Tucker Construction called first thing in the morning to explain the process and set expectations. It was such a relief after being out of service for a few days and not knowing how long the process would take. The crew came out and had to set a new line and bury it. Within a couple of hours, our service was back up and running!
Very unprofessional! They disconnected our internet without knocking on the door. I was in the middle of the important zoom meeting ,lost connection and when I asked the guy he said only 5 minutes. Extremely careless
Guys came out to bury the fiber line from AT&T a couple of weeks ago. They did a horrible job and destroyed parts of the yard. After calling and finally having a company come and look at the damages, they had a crew come to repair the yard. JTucker construction came and asked me what was wrong with my yard! The dude claimed he’s been doing this for 30 years and said what he did was fine but my yard looked like utter garbage!!
